Apsrtc offers both booking of tickets on the various bus counters or online booking of bus tickets from Hyderabad. Apsrtc Online Booking and cancellations can be done between 6 in the morning to 6 in the evening as per Indian Standard Time. It is advisable to not register with Apsrtc official website with multiple user id's or accounts as it is a violation of the terms and conditions of the usage of the official Apsrtc website.
Please keep in mind that your ticket is confirmed only once a transaction is approved and cleared, after which you can print the e-ticket provided to you. It is always in your interest to authenticate such reservations via phone if you think there is a problem or contacting them via email. You can also get your ticket copy by visiting Apsrtc counter and providing the PNR number. While travelling, the passenger are required to posses the same identity referred to have while reserving the ticket online. Photocopies are permitted, and you must present the original form of identity in order to travel. Refunds for cancellation take around 30 working days.
